How do you ship packages?

Most packages are shipped via Australia Post.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Please be prepared for longer shipping times than stated below. While some products may out of stock from our Australia supplier, the product or item may need to be ordered and shipped from China or Singapore resulting in delivery times of up to 14 to 21 days.  These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 1 day processing time for shipping within Australia, and 2-5 days processing time for shipping to other locations.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.
